He is born in 1936. His workmanship is of intense solar, blue, yellow and orange colors. His figures show off an intense aspect. He portraits his people with an unmistakable naïve style that is like chasing the archetype of the Dominican one. It is as if He wanted to take simple things to its most exquisite and sensible side. 

In Bonao He has established a museum and a school of arts which have become the cultural centre of the province and in one of the most important artistic and education initiative of the whole country.He has obtained many national and international rewards for his works.

The French government awarded him with the badge of Gentleman of the Order of the Arts and Letters.
